Tom Osborne
Project & Installation Manager

Tom has been a member of the Liberty team for just under a year. Tom began working towards a career in telecommunications by studying Computer Information Systems at Votech School in Downingtown, PA. Tom then graduated from Kaiser College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Tom serves Liberty as a Field Service Technician and VoIP specialist.

Tom brings growing industry experience and knowledge to Liberty Communications, and holds certifications from Zultys and ESI.

Tom is an active member of the TAG organization.

Tom resides in Philadelphia, PA and in his time away from Liberty enjoys spending time with his family.
